Salesforce Integration

Salesforce Integration
It an important business requirement these days to keep data residing in different systems in sync with each other. Salesforce CRM can receive and push data to other systems with the help of Force.com APIs, Salesforce Triggers and Batch jobs. Like if you want that anytime a new account in Salesforce is added it should be pushed to QuickBooks as a new customer, a trigger can be attached to the Salesforce Account object that can invoke a PHP, Java or .NET service to sync this contact’s information into QuickBooks. Similarly QuickBooks can sync data back into Salesforce with the help of QB Web Connector. Sync process can be run periodically with Cron job / Scheduler or can be executed manually as and when required.
Some examples of Salesforce integration projects we have done for our clients are following:

  • Integration of Salesforce with Lead Cloud to receive, parse and store Leads in Salesforce
  • 2-way Salesforce integration with Moodle, Totara and Blackboard Learning Management Systems to sync users, courses, enrollments, activities and grades
  • Integration between Salesforce and QuickBooks to sync accounts, products, sales orders and invoices
  • Integration between Salesforce and Shopify to sync products and orders
  • Integration between Salesforce and DocuSign for dynamic document generation and e-signing
  • Integration between Salesforce and Amazon S3 (upload files to S3 while link them directly in Salesforce objects)
  • Salesforce Bulk API integration for Data clearnliness and import/export
Force.com APIs we have used for integration projects are these:

  • REST API
  • SOAP API
